Complaint of keeping the registrar in Visva-Bharati even after the order of the High Court

Ashish Agarwal, registrar of Visva-Bharati University, alleged that he was detained despite the High Court order. The arrow of accusation is against some of the students.

The registrar of the university told reporters that he had applied to the district administration but had not received any assistance. He has been detained. While some of the agitating students allowed him to go home, another section of the students continued to protest outside. As a result, he had to return. But the demands of the agitating students are different.

According to them, they did not detain the registrar. He could not answer the questions of the agitating students. He then returned to his office on his own. They are continuing the protest movement peacefully.

Recently, High Court Justice Rajasekhara Manthar said the movement could continue peacefully. But the movement cannot continue by keeping the daily activities of the university. It is to be noted that the stalemate has been going on for a long time in Visva-Bharati University. The students are agitating for the dismissal of the Vice-Chancellor. In this situation, the agitating students are alleging that the university authorities are making one false allegation after another. No reading stopped.
