CM Khattar’s target on 2024 from the budget: Income scope increased in 2 schemes to 1.5 crore population; This is also the highest number of voters

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has laid the foundation for the 2024 Lok Sabha and Assembly elections with his fourth budget. This is because in this budget, he has focused only on two such schemes, which directly benefit the 1.56 crore population of the state. This is why the CM has made the vote bank simple.

At present, BJP has all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. At the same time, by the time the assembly elections are held, BJP will complete 10 years in power in the state. In such a situation, dealing with anti-incumbency is a big challenge. Seeing this, CM Manohar Lal Khattar has done a ‘double attack’ on the vote bank of Haryana.

Understand it from such 2 points…

First … The total population of Haryana is 2.89 crore. Out of this, 54% of the population is such, whose annual income is up to 3 lakhs.

Second … The total voters in Haryana are around 1.89 crore. Out of this, according to estimates, there are 1.26 crore such voters, whose annual income is up to 3 lakhs.

Read, those 2 big schemes, on which CM’s focus was

1. 90 lakh benefited from coaching grant: Free coaching will be provided to students from families with income up to Rs 1.80 lakh and 50 percent subsidy will be given to students from families with income between Rs 1.80 lakh to Rs 3 lakh. A large population of Haryana comes under this income. Through this decision, the 30 lakh beneficiaries who were earlier coming under the purview of the schemes, have now increased to about 90 lakh.

2. 1 crore people will come under Chirayu Yojana: In Haryana, 15.50 lakh families were receiving benefits under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. In this budget, the CM has increased the income limit in the scheme from Rs 1.80 lakh to Rs 3 lakh.

Now people coming under this ambit will get cashless treatment cover of Rs.5 lakh. For this the family will have to pay only Rs 1500 for the year. The government has added about 29.93 lakh new families in the ‘Chirayu-Ayushman Bharat’ scheme. Now about 1 crore people in the state will be able to take advantage of this scheme.
