CKP : Men’s Union started signature campaign for restoration of old pension by honoring women power – Rail Hunt

JAMSHEDPUR :Adityapur branch of South Eastern Railway Men’s Union started the signature campaign on 12 February 2023 regarding the old pension restoration scheme from the meeting program. On this occasion, the office bearers of the union including AIRF central working committee member Shivji Sharma and Chakradharpur divisional convenor MK Singh were also felicitated in Adityapur branch.

Here AIRF Vice President Shivji Sharma started the signature campaign by honoring women power. Mrs. Neelmani Devi, who is retiring this year, was honored first. On the initiative of AIRF General Secretary Shivgopal Mishra, Shivji Sharma appealed to the railwaymen to join the signature campaign being run under the leadership of United Front for Old Pension.

This campaign will run from 10 February to 20 February. A letter signed in this will be sent to the President. For this, the union is campaigning on a large scale. This campaign is being run simultaneously in 17 zones of the country, lakhs of railway workers have been called upon to participate in it.

Com MK Singh appealed to the young railway workers to unite against the privatization of railways. A large number of women railway workers including Mukesh Singh, Anil Kumar, SK Giri, AK Mahakud, MK Singh, Ramuday Kumar, Amit Kumar, Yashik Das, Shanta Rao, Rajkumar Singh, Manju Kumari, Rashmi Kumari, Radhika were also present in the programme.
