CISF jawan commits suicide in Haryana Secretariat: shot himself while on duty; Death on the spot, resident of Karnataka

A major incident took place in the Punjab-Haryana Secretariat. A jawan posted at CISF campus shot himself while on duty on the campus. Due to this the jawan died on the spot. The deceased jawan has been identified as Naga Arjun. It is being told that the deceased is a resident of Karnataka. The incident is being told at 4:30 in the early morning.

Chandigarh police engaged in investigation
There was a stir in the CISF campus due to the sound of firing. After this the information of the incident was given to the Chandigarh Police. As soon as the information was received, the Chandigarh Police reached the spot and started investigation.

The reasons for the youth’s suicide are yet to be ascertained. Chandigarh Police has taken the dead jawan’s body to Sector 16 hospital, where the post-mortem will be done.
