Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton has initiated divorce proceedings from his partner and actor Lukas Gage, officially ending their nearly seven-month-long marriage. According to divorce records from Los Angeles, Appleton cited “irreconcilable differences” in the legal documentation. The designated date for their separation is noted as November 10. The documents also reportedly reveal the existence of a postnuptial agreement.
Chris Appleton, 40, known for being Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist, married his 28-year-old partner Gage in a Las Vegas ceremony on April 22. The wedding, held at the Little White Chapel, was officiated by Kardashian herself. As reported by TMZ, the relationship between Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage progressed rapidly. They made their relationship public in February during a trip to Mexico and got engaged just a few weeks before their wedding in Las Vegas.
Lukas Gage, recognized for his role in the web series White Lotus, took to Instagram to share their wedding experience. He posted a series of photos capturing the moments when he and Chris Appleton exchanged their vows earlier this year.

The episode also documented the moment when Appleton asked Kim Kardashian to officiate their wedding, a request she humorously accepted, considering her history of three marriages and divorces. Despite her jest, Kardashian expressed her deep honour in being part of Appleton and Gage’s significant day, according to People.
Throughout their six-month marriage, Appleton and Gage appeared together at various public events, commemorating Appleton’s 40th birthday with an extravagant boat excursion in Turks and Caicos during the summer. As of now, neither Appleton nor Gage has made any public statements regarding their separation.
