CEED, UCEED 2024 Scorecard Released; Where and How to Download? – News18

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has released the scorecards for the Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) and the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2024 today, March 11. Aspiring candidates can now download their CEED and UCEED 2024 scorecards from the official websites, ceed.iitb.ac.in and uceed.iitb.ac.in, respectively.

These scorecards are exclusively available for the shortlisted candidates who have successfully cleared the CEED and UCEED exams. Utilising their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth, candidates can access their scorecards.

According to the information brochure, students must download their scorecards before June 12, 2024, as they won’t be accessible after that date. It’s crucial to note that hard copies of the scorecards won’t be mailed to any candidate. Instead, candidates must utilise the official website to access and download their scorecards.

These exams serve as gateways for admissions into BDes and MDes courses offered by esteemed institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and other prestigious IITs and design schools. Candidates who qualify for these exams will receive a common merit rank, known as the All India Rank. Notably, the CEED and UCEED scorecards will remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.

IIT Bombay will oversee the counseling for those who passed the UCEED 2024 exam. Registration for UCEED 2024 counseling will take place from March 14 to 31, 2024. The counseling comprises three rounds of seat allotment. Results for the first round are due on April 10, 2024. Following rounds, including round 2 and round 3, will announce seat allotments on May 10 and June 10, 2024.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to assist them in obtaining their scorecards:

Step 1: Open the official websites: ceed.iitb.ac.in and uceed.iitb.ac.in.

Step 2: Look for the CEED or UCEED scorecard 2024 link on the homepage and click on it.

Step 3: Provide your registration number and password in the designated fields.

Step 4: After submitting, your CEED or UCEED 2024 scorecard will be presented on the screen.

Step 5: Review the details carefully and proceed to download.

Step 6: It’s advisable to take a printout of the scorecard for future reference.

The CEED and UCEED exams took place on January 21, 2024, across various examination centers nationwide. The CEED 2024 results were declared on March 6, followed by the UCEED results on March 8. The final answer key for both exams was issued on February 8, 2024.
