Car hit scooty in Hyderabad: Woman driving drunk, fled after the accident

A speeding car hit a man riding a scooty in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. The car was being driven by a woman who was intoxicated. After the accident, she ran away with the car. The scooter rider was seriously injured in the accident.

Police said that the accident happened in Banjara Hills area. The injured have been admitted to GHMC hospital. He has been identified as a civic body employee from Hyderabad. The accused woman is being searched.

CCTV footage of the accident is going viral on social media. In which it is seen that a person is going by scooty. Then a speeding car coming from the front hits him. After the accident, the woman’s car stops on the spot for some time. Meanwhile, hearing the noise, the people living around the road start peeping from the balcony of the houses. Then the woman escapes from the spot with the car.
