A crowd of people gathered near the park built in Jagannath Puri of TP Nagar in Meerut. Shops built right in front of the park were being demolished. These were illegal shops built in the park purchased from gangster Badan Singh Baddo, on which the district administration was bulldozed.

6 months ago, the Meerut police demolished the luxurious cottage built in Punjabipura of Baddo. After this the police came to know that shops have been made by occupying 500 meters of park land in Jannathpuri of MDA. These include the names of many of Baddo’s henchmen.

A bulldozer walked into the guard room near the cycle stand of St. Anthony’s School in Agra. The district administration sent notices to the school twice to remove these illegal constructions. But the school administration did not respond. The last notice was sent on 7 March. On 13 March, the District Cantonment Board demolished the illegal construction done in the school.

Cantonment Board Engineer Sanjay Singh said that the district administration took action and broke the tin shed in the school’s cycle stand. Along with this, the stage and guard room near him have also been demolished.

On getting the information on 15 March, Tehsildar Prakash Chaudhary reached the village with the police force. In the meantime, illegally constructed toilets on the middle of the village were demolished by bulldozers in an hour. After this, the work of Chakrod was started again in the Gram Panchayat.
