A school-going student was pricked with a geometry compass over 100 times by fellow classmates. Parents approached the nearby police station to lodge a complaint against the two boys

Two class 4 students at a primary school in Indore pricked one of their classmates with a geometry compass over 100 times. The child reportedly started bleeding and suffered serious injuries, reported Free Press Journal. The parents of the victim took photos and videos of the child who suffered from serious injuries and lodged a complaint with the school authorities.

The school administration, however, didn’t act immediately and tried to show sympathy to the parents. Thereafter, the parents approached the nearby police station to lodge a complaint against the two boys. Later, school principal Rama Sharma suspended the two children and also informed the police station in charge. Hence, no further complaint was filed in the police station.

The two accused students along with their parents were called to the school premises. The principal in a written statement told the parents that a complaint was filed by the parents of the victim. The students had “pricked both the legs of Aaradhya with a pen and due to which their son had to face unbearable pain and also remained mentally disturbed throughout the night,” the principal said.

The letter further stated that the parents of the student also showed photos and videos of the victim. The student also complained that the two class 4 boys “constantly harass him in the class” and had also hit him quite a few times before.

Following the complaint by the parents of the victim, the two students were suspended from the school immediately. The principal of the school informed the same in a meeting held on Sunday. In the letter, the principal also warned the parents that the victim’s parents were considering taking legal action. “The teacher in charge talked to other students and teachers of the class and they also said that the two students often break rules and harass them,” the letter read.
