The UN diplomat said that he has flown across the world, but Air India’s experience was the worst.

A United Nations (UN) diplomat has shared a photo of a torn sheet and cockroaches on an Air India flight. He wrote- As a diplomat, I have flown all over the world, but traveling on Air India 102 JFK to Delhi was the worst experience for me. Broken seats, no call button, reading lights, cockroaches and no spray for it. No response from customer care either. This post is from 12 March.

So there some said that if you had the same problem then you could have complained about it, but it is not right to spoil the name of the company and insult the country. He was a cockroach because he doesn’t need a passport to travel.
