The UN diplomat said that he has flown across the world, but Air India’s experience was the worst.
A United Nations (UN) diplomat has shared a photo of a torn sheet and cockroaches on an Air India flight. He wrote- As a diplomat, I have flown all over the world, but traveling on Air India 102 JFK to Delhi was the worst experience for me. Broken seats, no call button, reading lights, cockroaches and no spray for it. No response from customer care either. This post is from 12 March.

So there some said that if you had the same problem then you could have complained about it, but it is not right to spoil the name of the company and insult the country. He was a cockroach because he doesn’t need a passport to travel.

Drunk urinated on elderly woman in flight, victim complains to Tata Group chairman
A man on board an Air India flight urinated on an elderly woman traveling in business class. The incident is of November 26 last year. The airline did not take any action on this incident. The elderly woman complained to the chairman of the Tata Group, then the airline’s officials became active and lodged an FIR with the Delhi Police and banned the accused from traveling by air till the investigation was completed. Air India changes policy to serve alcohol in flight unless served by crew
Air India had changed its in-flight alcohol policy following incidents of urination and misbehavior by passengers. As per the changed policy, passengers will not be allowed to consume alcohol in flight unless served by crew members.
