On Thursday, the body of the BJP booth president was found hanging in his house in Paschim Medinipur. The incident is of Panithor Bute area of ​​Balpai Sector No. 9 of Sabong. The deceased has been identified as Deepak Samant (35 years).

Deepak’s family claims that regional president Malik Maiti and TMC supporters used to threaten to kill Deepak.

Deepak had disappeared from the house on Thursday morning. When no news was received about him for a long time, the family started looking for him. After some time his body was found hanging inside the house.

BJP’s Ghatal District President Tanmay Das said- Deepak was accused of working against the organization. That is why he was stopped from campaigning for the BJP in the Panchayat elections. TMC leaders used to harass him, even threatening to kill his wife.

On the other hand, TMC rejected the allegations leveled against the party regarding Deepak’s murder. TMC leader Abu Kalam Bux said that this allegation is completely wrong. BJP tries to politicize every death. She tries to find dead bodies like a vulture. Police officials are investigating the matter, the truth will come out soon.
