BJP general secretaries, presidents of fronts meet in Delhi: JP Nadda presides; Roadmap made for July 6-8 meetings

BJP President JP Nadda on Saturday held a meeting with national general secretaries and presidents of all fronts at the party headquarters. According to media reports, the meeting discussed the strategy for the assembly elections to be held in five states this year and the Lok Sabha elections next year.

Apart from this, the public relations campaign of the party which ran from May 30 to June 30 was reviewed. In the meeting, a roadmap was prepared for the meeting of party general secretaries and presidents of fronts with regional leaders on July 6, 7 and 8. The meeting discussed how to make the meetings to be held on July 6-7 successful.

Let us tell you that this is the first time that the BJP will hold meetings with the presidents of the Morcha and general secretaries of the three regions (Eastern, Northern and Southern).

The eastern region includes the states of West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura and Assam, apart from the states of Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. The East Zone meeting will be held in Guwahati on July 6.

The northern regions include the states of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gujarat, Daman Diu-Dadar Nagar Haveli, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Their meeting is to be held in Delhi on July 7.

At the same time, a meeting with the leaders of the southern region will be held in Hyderabad on July 8. This region includes Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Goa, Andaman and Nicobar, Puducherry and Lakshadweep.

Union Council of Ministers will meet on July 3
Before this, a meeting of the Union Council of Ministers is to be held at Pragati Maidan in Delhi on July 3, which will be chaired by PM Modi. A day before the date of this meeting was revealed, PM Modi had a meeting with the top leaders of the party. In such a situation, speculations are being made that there may be a change in the Council of Ministers in the meeting.

On June 28, PM Modi had a meeting with several veteran leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and JP Nadda. With the presence of Nadda in the meeting, the speculation of change from the state level to the government and the BJP organization has intensified.
