Vote bank math behind Congress’s decision

Behind this decision of Congress is the math of Punjab’s vote bank. Actually, about 32% votes in Punjab are SC category. To please whom Congress has made Charanjit Channi as CM. The JattSikh community from which Sidhu belongs has 19% of the vote in Punjab. Even more of them are themselves active in politics or are directly associated with different parties.
