A crowd of people gathered after the information of children drowning in the pond in Palwal.
A big accident happened on Holi in Palwal, Haryana. 4 children died due to drowning while taking bath in the pond of Sidh Das Baba Mandir village Bhiduki police station Hasanpur. One child died on the spot. The relatives were taking three others to the hospital, but they too died. The family later cremated him without taking any police action.
According to the information, some children stained with colors had come to bathe in the pond of Siddha Das Baba Mandir of Bhiduki village of Palwal on Friday afternoon. Four of these children drowned in the pond. When the people around came to know about the drowning of the children, there was a huge crowd on the banks of the pond. People descended into the pond to take the children out. One by one people pulled the four children out of the pond. One of them, the innocent son Manoj, aged 13, had died. Three other children Harshit son Jagdish age 14 years, Naman son Jagdish age 12 years and Raj son Subhash age 15 years were breathing. The relatives were taking all three to the hospital for treatment, but on the way all three of them also died.

Later the family took the bodies of the four children home for the last rites. After the information, the Hasanpur police reached the spot. He inquired about the accident and talked to the relatives of the deceased. But the family refused to take any kind of police action. At present, the police is engaged in searching the pond by calling a diver, it is being investigated that apart from the four, no other child is also submerged in the pond.
