Srikant Tyagi, who sexually assaulted a woman in Noida’s Grand Omaxe Society, was arrested on Tuesday. Noida Police has arrested him from Meerut. Along with him, 3 more people have also been arrested. Earlier on Monday, Noida Police had detained his wife. Shrikant Tyagi is accused of misbehaving and abusing a woman in Noida’s Sector-93 Omaxe Grand Society.

BJP leader’s body found hanging from fan in Telangana; cause of death not clear

Police said that BJP leader Gnanendra Prasad had an accident a few days ago. In this his leg was fractured.

The body of a BJP leader from Telangana, Gananendra Prasad, was found in a room of his penthouse in Hyderabad on Monday. According to the police, Gananendra Prasad’s personal assistant (PA) found him hanging from the fan. In the initial investigation, the police is linking it to suicide. However, no suicide note has been found and the reason behind the suicide is not yet known.

According to the information, before the death, the BJP leader had told his PA that he wanted to take rest, so no one should disturb him. After that he went to his room. Gananendra Prasad was a member of the party’s State Executive Committee from the Sarlingampalli constituency.

Fear of flood due to Godavari-Krishna river, alert in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh

The danger of flood has increased in 16 districts including Medak, Nizamabad, Siddipet, Warangal Peddapalli. Apart from these districts, the surrounding states have also been alerted.
