Congress has released its third list of 89 candidates for the next year’s assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Of these, 37 women have been fielded. Nirmala Bharti from Chitrakoot and Kamla Prajapati from Jehanabad have been given ticket by Congress. Congress had earlier released its second list for Uttar Pradesh elections on January 20, in which 41 candidates were given tickets, out of which 16 were women.
