Beginning Your Weight Loss Journey? Try This Double Protein Tasty Recipe

While owning an ideal goal-worthy physique is aspired by all and tops everyone’s bucket list, achieving it appears impossible for many. This isn’t only because attaining a fit body requires us to engage ourselves in a rigorous workout regime and gym session, but because it keeps our taste buds devoid of gorging on scrumptious meals. Needless to say, a proper weight loss journey demands us to be very particular about our diet, which only includes healthy ingredients and especially protein.

Experts stress including more protein, as it increases the strength and helps in managing the hunger craving for a long time. Realising the issue that it can be hard to think of a protein-loaded recipe always, Nutritionist Rekha Mhatre recently shared a ‘double protein weight loss recipe’. Dropping a demonstration video on her Instagram account, the nutritionist showed a step-by-step method of how to cook this healthy and mouth-watering dish.
