On Monday night, miscreants attacked the convoy of Independent MLC candidate Rais Khan in Siwan, Bihar with an AK-47. Rais Khan narrowly survived in this attack. The incident happened around 11 pm when MLC candidate Rais Khan was on his way back from his office in Purani Qila town to village Gyaspur. During this, there was firing on his convoy from AK-47.
The miscreants who attacked Rais Khan with AK-47 were in number of four to five. The miscreants carried out this incident in Mahuwal village of Hussainganj. When the miscreants attacked Rais Khan’s convoy, there was a Bolero car behind them in which some processions were riding. The miscreants felt that the Bolero car was also with Rais Khan. Just that Bolero was also fired indiscriminately.
