A report suggested that the two stars had sparked a romantic connection after meeting at the Prada fashion show in Milan on January 14.
The K-pop industry is currently buzzing with rumours surrounding the relationship between two young idols, Lee Jae-wook and Karina. Lee Jae-wook, a talented actor and model, and Karina, a multifaceted singer, rapper, and dancer, have recently captured attention due to ongoing speculation about their romantic involvement. The rumours reportedly originated from a Dispatch report, suggesting that the pair developed a connection after meeting at the Prada fashion show in Milan on January 14. According to the report, Lee Jae-wook and Karina have been seen spending quality time together and often meeting in Lee Jae-wook’s neighbourhood and going for late-night walks.
Undoubtedly, these reports have piqued the curiosity of fans, prompting them to search for additional hints and eagerly await official confirmation. In response to inquiries about the rumours, Lee Jae-wook’s agency, C-JeS Studio, proceeded cautiously, stating, “We are currently checking.” A representative from the agency also mentioned, “We have just come across the article. We will need to verify this information,” reports Soompi.
Sources indicate that Lee Jae-wook and Karina’s relationship blossomed further after they attended a brand fashion show together in Milan last month. Since then, their bond has reportedly continued to grow stronger in Seoul.
Lee Jae-wook, 25, made his acting debut in 2018 with tvN’s science fiction thriller Memories of the Alhambra and has since impressed audiences with his performances in various dramas, including Search: WWW, Extraordinary You, Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol, Alchemy of Souls, and Death’s Game. His most recent K-drama project, Impossible Heir, premiered on February 26th and is now available for streaming on Prime Video.
On the other hand, Karina, 23, whose real name is Yu Ji-min, has also made a place for herself in the entertainment industry. She leads the South Korean girl group Aespa, formed by SM Entertainment in November 2020. Additionally, Karina is a member of the supergroup Got the Beat, which debuted on January 3, 2022.
Aespa, the group known for its string of hit tracks since its debut, is currently preparing for its second world tour.
