Another case of cheating against conman Kiran Patel: Posing as PMO officer, he cheated Ahmedabad businessman, this is the sixth FIR

Another FIR has been lodged against the thug Kiran Patel on Saturday. Kishore Chandarana, a businessman from Ahmedabad, has accused Kiran Patel that he had promised to get a big project in Jammu and Kashmir by becoming an officer of the Prime Minister’s Office. With this FIR, the total number of FIRs against Kiran Patel has gone up to 6.

According to the crime branch, Patel had described himself as the additional director of the PMO. He sent a fake visiting card on Kishore Chandarana’s WhatsApp and claimed that he has been given the responsibility of development of Kashmir. He promised Kishore Chandrana a contract for an all-India level medical conference to be held in Pulwama and in return made him spend Rs 3.5 lakh.

Chandarana told the police that he organized an event for Patel under the banner of G-20 in a 5-star hotel in Ahmedabad, booked an air ticket for Patel from Ahmedabad to Srinagar and arranged for his stay in a 5-star hotel . In this case, Patel has been booked under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating) and 170 (pretending to be a public servant) of the IPC.
