Azadbir did a detailed recce of the entire Heritage Street before the blasts. After this, he chose that side of Saragarhi parking for the blast which was not covered by CCTV coverage.

However, after two blasts in three days, Punjab Police DGP Gaurav Yadav himself reached the spot. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the National Security Guard (NSG) also camped in Amritsar due to these blasts happening near sensitive places like the Golden Temple.

When the strictness of the police increased in Heritage Street, a new location was found for the third blast.
After the first two blasts, police activity increased around the Saragarhi parking lot. Police camped on all the high rise buildings of Heritage Street. In such a situation, Azadbir, who was roaming freely, changed the location and burst the third bomb at 12.10 pm on the backside of Guru Ramdas Sarai.

This CCTV footage is from Wednesday night. These two suspects were seen in the verandah after the blast. A letter was also found with him.
