- Amravati Umesh Kolhe Murder Conspiracy; Tablighi Jamaat Killed Pharmacist Over Paigambar Remark

Chemist Umesh Kolhe was murdered by radical Islamists of Tablighi Jamaat in Amravati, Maharashtra. This has been revealed in the charge sheet of NIA. It has been said that Umesh was murdered under a well-planned conspiracy. The Tablighi terrorists had slit his throat to create fear in the minds of the people.
The NIA probing the case has said in its charge sheet that the 11 accused in the murder were Islamic fundamentalists of Tablighi Jamaat. Tablighi Jamaat is an International Deobandi Islamic Missionary, which lays emphasis on strict adherence to Islamic beliefs.
Umesh was murdered on June 21
Umesh Kolhe (54) of Amravati was brutally murdered by three assailants while he was returning from work on June 21. The attackers were angry with Umesh’s WhatsApp post in support of BJP spokesperson Nupur. Nupur had made controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad in a television show. The assailants wanted to behead Kolhe, but they ran away when the son-daughter-in-law who was following them shouted.
Mention of mastermind in NIA charge sheet...
- The NIA had filed a charge sheet against 11 accused last week. It claimed that everyone involved in the murder was associated with the Tablighi Jamaat. Irrfan Khan, one of the masterminds of the case, was a strict follower of the Jamaat and its rules.
- The mastermind of the murder used to run an NGO named Irfan Raibar Helpline and 21 people were associated with it. The other accused involved in the murder case were members of this NGO. According to sources, this NGO was getting funding from some Gulf countries and Pakistan.
- In the court, the defense side said that it was a simple case of murder, but the NIA charge sheet states that it was a well-planned conspiracy to create terror among people across the country, including Amravati.

Whole incident of murder seen in CCTV footage
A CCTV video of the incident that took place on June 21 has also surfaced. It was captured in the camera installed outside the Mahila Mahavidyalaya located at Prabhat Chowk at 10.30 pm. In this, two accused were seen following Umesh Kolhe. Then after the incident, he was also seen running away.
Friend was irritated by business, incited him to commit murder
Preliminary investigation has revealed that Kolhe’s friend Dr. Yusuf had a hand in instigating the killers. Yusuf is also an accused in this murder case. It is being told that he was jealous of Kolhe’s business, due to which he conspired and made the Facebook post a medium.

Umesh’s brain and eye nerves were damaged by the knife attack
The deceased Umesh had a shop by the name of Amit Medical. His son Sanket claims that the accused wanted to behead him, but fled when he reached.
According to the postmortem report of Umesh Kolhe, a 5 inch wide, 7 inch long and 5 inch deep wound was found on his neck. The report further states that the nerve of the brain was damaged due to the knife attack. Along with this, the breathing tube, food pipe and eye nerves were also damaged. Read full news…

The NIA produced the two accused arrested in the Amravati murder case in a special court on Friday.
