CCTV footage of a painful accident in Sarthana area of Surat has come to the fore. It can be seen in the footage that the CA student was crossing the BRTS route. Meanwhile, the ambulance coming at full speed hit him. Due to the collision, the student fell about 5 feet away, due to which he died on the spot.

Anil Rajesh Godhani (21), a resident of Shivaay Heights behind Sarthana Jakatnaka Shyamdham Temple in Surat, was pursuing his CA studies in Ahmedabad. Anil came home on the occasion of Holi and went to play Holi at his friend’s house. He met with an accident while returning from there.
Police identified the ambulance driver by taking out CCTV footage.

After hitting the student, the ambulance driver fled away by driving the ambulance at full speed. However, this entire incident was captured in CCTV. The police identified the ambulance driver by taking out the CCTV footage and arrested him on Friday morning. Sarthana police has started further action against the driver.
