New Delhi: Veteran actress Neetu Kapoor celebrates her birthday on July 8. On the occasion of her 64th birthday today, wishes are pouring in from all corners. Neetu’s daughter-in-law and actress Alia Bhatt, shared a sweet wish for her ‘sasu maa’ and ‘soon-to-be daadi maa’ with an adorable picture, that will make you go awww.
Alia took to her Instagram story to share an unseen picture from her haldi ceremony before getting married to Neetu’s son and actor Ranbir Kapoor. In the picture, Neetu can be seen adoringly planting a kiss on Alia’s forehead as the latter accepts her mother-in-law’s blessings with closed eyes. Sharing the picture, Alia wrote, “Happiest birthday to the most beautiful soul…..my mother-in-law/friend/soon to be dadi maaa….love you so so much!”

Alia Bhatt recently announced her first pregnancy with husband Ranbir Kapoor, in an Instagram post. The couple, who tied-the-knot in April, this year, are the new parents-to-be in tinsel town.
Neetu’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also shared an adorable wish for her mother. Riddhima referred to the veteran actress as her ‘lifeline’ and shared a happy picture that shows the mother-daughter duo being all smiles. She wrote, “Happiest Birthday lifeline Love you always & forever ❤️”

On the work front, Neetu Kapoor is back with a bang as she delivered an impactful performance in the Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani starrer family-drama ‘JugJugg Jeeyo’. Neetu essayed the role of Varun’s mother in the film and won audiences’ hearts with her impeccable display of emotions and acting prowess to perfection.
Neetu also made her television debut this year, by gracing the dance reality show ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’, as one of the judges. The show airs on Colors TV.
