The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna, has started the online registration process for a new super-speciality (SS) course entrance examination, namely DM clinical and interventional physiology. Candidates interested in applying for the course can visit the official website of AIIMS Patna at aiimspatna.edu.in and register for the AIIMS entrance exam 2023.
It is to be noted that the entrance test for admission to the new super-specialty (SS) course is held twice a year by AIIMS Patna for the January and July academic sessions. The institute further added that the training period is three years from the date of joining the course. Candidates should further note that the registration process for the exam has already started, and the last date to register is November 25.
In addition to that, candidates will be able to download their AIIMS entrance exam admit card on December 2. However, the examination will take place on December 6, and the results for the same will be available on or before December 10. Furthermore, the classes are all set to commence by January 15, 2024.
Talking about the exam pattern, the question paper for the entrance exam will comprise 100 multiple-choice questions, and candidates will have to complete the questions in a total time duration of 120 minutes. It is to be noted by the candidates that, as per the marking scheme, each question will carry one mark, and for each correct answer, one mark shall be granted, whereas one-third mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Step 1: Candidates can go to the official website of AIIMS Patna at aiimspatna.edu.in to register for the AIIMS entrance test 2023.
Step 2: Then, click on the registration option available on the homepage
Step 3: Now, proceed with the registration process by entering details such as name, contact information, email ID, etc.
Step 4: A new window will appear on the screen, key in the login details and enter credentials generated during registration.
Step 5: Fill in the application form as directed.
Step 6: Upload the required documents in the mentioned size and format
Step 7: Pay the prescribed application fees and submit the form.
Step 8: Download and print a hard copy of the submitted page.
The exam paper will encompass questions from the qualifying PG degree topic, such as DNB Physiology, MD, with an emphasis on clinical and applied components. It is important to note that those who score 50th percentile or above will be considered qualified.
