The Bar Council of India (BCI) successfully conducted the AIBE 18 Exam yesterday, December 9, 2023. Following the conclusion of the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) 18, the BCI is likely to release the AIBE 18 Provisional Answer Key soon. The BCI is expected to host the AIBE 18 Answer Key soon on its official website – allindiabarexamination.com, from where candidates will be able to download the same through candidate login.
Candidates may note that the BCI is expected to release the AIBE 18 Provisional Answer Key first. After the release of the provisional answer key, candidates will also be able to raise objections and submit challenges against the provisional answer key, if any. The objections and challenges against the answer key shall be then reviewed by an expert panel that would then frame the AIBE 18 Final Answer Key accordingly. The final evaluation of the performance of candidates in the AIBE 18 Exam shall be done on the basis of the final answer key itself.
Notably, the BIC conducted the AIBE 18 Exam in the pen and paper mode in designated test centres across various cities in the country. The AIBE 18 question paper consisted of a total 100 questions aimed at testing the legal aptitude. The AIBE is a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India to determine the eligibility of law graduates to practice law in the country. - On the homepage, login to the portal using your credentials
- Click on the AIBE 18 Answer Key link
- The AIBE 18 Provisional Answer Key shall now be displayed on your screen
