The three accused killed the 20-year-old boy on Monday and dumped the body in a drain after filling it in a bag.
A man and his wife were arrested for allegedly killing a man and throwing his dead body in a bag in a drain in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar area. The police informed about this on Tuesday. The accused were identified as Subham and Fatma. He said that his third associate Sunny is absconding.
Police said they received information about a large bag being thrown into the Najafgarh drain in front of the dumpyard in Shiv Vihar, Uttam Nagar. After which he reached the spot. There he found a bag, which is used by the ecommerce site for delivery. Inside the bag, they found the body of a boy in his early 20s.
There was a scuffle over some issue and he was killed: Police
Police further said that the body has been identified. It is the dead body of Umesh, a resident of Vikas Nagar. Investigation revealed that he had gone to his acquaintance Sunny’s room on Sunday evening. Sunny was addicted to drugs. Other people were also present in his room. There a scuffle took place between them over some issue and he was killed. After this, the three together threw his dead body in the drain on Monday.
