Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde is likely to expand his cabinet tomorrow, an order issued for the Monsoon Session of the state assembly, which will begin from August 10, said on Monday. Former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis likely to get the home portfolio, sources have said.
