New Delhi: Vanshika Kaushik, Satish Kaushik’s 10-year-old daughter, deleted her Instagram account less than a week after her dad passing.
After her father’s funeral, Vanshika posted a picture of herself hugging him. Vanshika Kaushik uploaded a picture of herself and Satish from years ago on Thursday night. The father and daughter were hugging and smiling for the camera. In place of a caption, Vanshika simply put a red heart emoji to the Instagram post. In the comments section of her post, Vanshika received condolence messages from the actor’s fans.
In 1985, Satish and his wife Shashi Kaushik got married. In 1996, Sanu Kaushik, their two-year-old son, passed away. In 2012, a surrogate gave birth to Vanshika, their second child.
In social media, the actor used to be quite active and frequently posted updates on his personal and professional lives. Also, he shared videos and pictures with his family as well as pictures from his professional projects.
A while ago, Satish Kaushik shared a series of pictures from his family outing. Hish daughter Vanshika can also be seen in a few photos.

Meanwhile, the ex-wife of Delhi-based businessman Vikas Malu, who claimed that the latter killed Kaushik because he couldn’t return the Rs 15 crore he had taken from the veteran actor-director to be invested in Dubai, made accusations of foul play and murder, which were refuted by Kaushik’s wife, Shashi Kaushik.
On March 9 in Delhi, the actor and director had suffered a heart attack and passed away. His body was brought to Mumbai, and last Thursday, his funeral ceremonies were carried out in the Versova crematorium.
