The government has a clause that 80% old employees have to be retained. But this does not happen. In this, money is raised on a large scale. Even after getting the job, the workers do not get the full amount. The contractors take a lot of money from them themselves. The employees sat on strike in the hospital regarding this matter, where they were assaulted. I complained about this to the DCP. CS, and complained till LG.
