According to the ADR, 86 candidates (21%) with assets above Rs 5 crore are contesting in Himachal. 76 candidates (18 per cent) with assets between Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore, 121 candidates (29 per cent) with assets between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 2 crore, 77 candidates with assets between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 50 lakh (19 per cent) and 52 candidates with assets between Rs 10 lakh (13%) are contesting elections.
