- ED Raids Places Close To Satyendra Jain, Found 133 Gold Coins And Crores Of Rupees

ED has raided the house of Delhi minister Satyendar Jain’s close friend. 2.82 crore cash and 133 gold coins were recovered during the raids. Their weight is 1.80 kg. On June 6, the ED raided seven locations of Satyendar Jain and his associates in Delhi Gurugram. This cash and gold were found in the raids which lasted from 7 am till late night. Jain was arrested by the ED recently, he is in custody till June 9.
Satyendra Jain arrested in money laundering case
Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has been arrested by the ED in a money laundering case. A case has been registered against Jain, his wife Poonam and others in the disproportionate assets and money laundering case. It is alleged that Jain had allegedly formed or bought several shell companies in Delhi. He also transferred black money worth Rs 16.39 crore from three hawala operators in Kolkata through 54 shell companies.
ED has found 2.82 crore and 1.80 kg of gold during the raid.
Last month, the ED had attached assets worth Rs 4.81 crore of the Jain family and their associated companies. In 2018 also, ED had questioned Satyendra Jain in this case.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has targeted PM Modi in this matter. In the tweet, Kejriwal said that at this time the Prime Minister is with full force behind the Aam Aadmi Party. Especially the Delhi and Punjab governments. He told PM Modi that you have the power of all the agencies, but God is with us.
CM Kejriwal alleges that the BJP government is conducting ED raids to harass him.
MP Sanjay Singh targeted BJP
Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has raised questions regarding the action of ED. He tweeted and said that nothing has been found from Satendra Jain’s house. To implicate Satendra Jain, any person is being told to be close to him. He further said that when nothing was found from Jain’s house, the BJP is frantically accusing him of anything. 2 lakh 79 thousand rupees have been received from Satyendra’s house. Everything else is a lie.
