AAJ KA PANCHANG, DECEMBER 5, 2023: The Ashtami Tithi and Navami Tithi of the Krishna Paksha will be observed on Tuesday, December 5, according to Drik Panchang. Krishna Ashtami is considered a favourable time for starting important activities and is included in the list of Shubh Muhurat timings. Meanwhile, Krishna Navami is not good for auspicious activities and is excluded from Shubh Muhurat’s timings. Three festivals are scheduled for the day: Kalabhairav Jayanti, Kalashtami, and Masik Krishna Janmashtami. Check the information below for good and not-so-good timings for different activities.

The sun is expected to rise at 7:00 AM, and set at 5:43 PM. The moon is expected to rise at 12:47 AM on December 6 and it is slated to set at 12:58 PM.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR DECEMBER 5

The Ashtami Tithi is expected to continue until 12:37 AM on December 6, followed by the beginning of Navami Tithi. During this period, the favourable Nakshatra Purva Phalguni will persist until 3:38 AM on December 6, giving way to Uttara Phalguni. The moon will be in Simha Rashi (Leo), and the sun is expected to be in Vrishchika Rashi (Scorpio).
