358 people are leaving India’s citizenship every day: 3.92 lakh Indians have given citizenship in 3 years, out of which 1.70 lakh people became American

In the last three years, 3.92 lakh Indians gave up their citizenship of the country. Out of these, maximum 1 lakh 70 thousand 795 people took citizenship of America. On Tuesday, Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai gave this information in the Lok Sabha quoting the figures of the Ministry of External Affairs. According to this, these Indians have taken citizenship of 120 countries. Responding to the question of BSP MP Haji Fazlur Rehman, Rai said, in 2019, 2020 and 2021, 3 lakh 92 thousand 643 Indians have given citizenship.

Statistics show that after 2019, the highest number of 1 lakh 63 thousand 370 lakh people left Indian citizenship. Talking about the daily average of those who give up citizenship in three years, this number is 358. At the same time, in the last year i.e. 2021, an average of 447 Indians have given citizenship.

At the same time, America gave citizenship to 61 thousand 683 Indians in 2019, 30 thousand 828 in the year 2020 and 78 thousand 284 Indians in 2021. On the other hand, 10 thousand rich countries of China want to leave. His total assets are Rs 3.84 lakh crore. Among them is Shanghai’s big hotel-restaurant businessman Harry Hu. According to a Bloomberg report, Hu wants to leave China with the entire property, because he is troubled by the strict lockdown and economic crisis.
