A 17-year-old boy was shot dead in the head at a clandestinely run hookah bar in Delhi’s Govindpuri area. Police said on Sunday that two teenagers have been arrested on charges of murder. At the same time, another teenager has been injured by stabbing.
According to the police, a PCR call was received at Kalkaji police station at 3.15 pm on Saturday. In which it was told that 7-8 teenagers shot a young man in a closed hookah bar. The hookah bar was closed on 1 April.

On getting the information, the local police reached Govindpuri Extension. Hookah bar was being run illegally on the first floor of a building. When the police reached there, blood was found on the floor. Inquiries from the local people revealed that the injured have been taken to AIIMS.
According to the police, preliminary investigation found that 17-year-old Kunal had died on the spot due to a bullet injury in his head, when he was brought dead to the hospital. Whereas, Rahul was stabbed in the leg. Whose treatment is going on.
There was a dispute over posting objectionable videos on social media
According to the Delhi Police, Kunal and Rahul had shared the objectionable video of one of the arrested teenagers on social media. After which he was looking for them to take revenge. The accused teenager came to know that both had attended the birthday party of a person named Lucky at the hookah bar. He immediately reached there with some of his friends. Some boys stayed downstairs and some went upstairs to the hookah bar.
There was a dispute between Kunal, Rahul and the accused teenager regarding the video. After the dispute, the accused shot Kunal in the head. At the same time, after attacking Rahul’s leg with a knife, he escaped from there.
Police said that the involvement of local miscreants has come to light in the investigation of the case. Two teenagers aged 15 and 17 have been arrested. Both the juveniles have a criminal history. The baton, sword (Gupti) and bullet bike used in the crime have been recovered.
