Sons celebrated father’s 50th birthday in a unique way. Instead of cake, 17.5 kg samosas were cut. This special samosa was named Maha-Bahubali Samosa. More than 150 people ate it. It took 4 hours to make samosas and there was so much material in it that 80 to 90 normal samosas would have been made.

Actually a few days ago the sons had seen a video on YouTube. A 10 kg samosa was shown in it. On this, two brothers Sachin and Bharat of Barmer also thought of doing something different, new and unique on their father’s birthday. They wanted to give a surprise gift to their father.

For this, both the brothers contacted the sweet maker in Balotra town. When I asked him to make samosas, he also got ready. Prepared 17.5 kg samosas on Monday and gave a unique gift of Maha-Bahubali samosas to his father Hiralal Prajapat.

Such a huge samosa was made to make the birthday special.  It took more than 4 hours to make it.

Son said – wanted to celebrate birthday differently
Sachin and Bharat said, ‘We wanted to celebrate our father Hiralal Prajapat’s 50th birthday in a different way. One day I was watching such videos on social media. That’s why a 10 kg samosa was shown being made in Meerut. Then we thought that this time let’s do something new on father’s birthday. The shopkeepers of the city’s poker suite also agreed.

Ordered two days ago
Shopkeeper Chellaram told that when both the brothers asked me to make such a big samosa, once I was also surprised. Because till date such a big samosa was not prepared here. When the video was shown to me too, I dared. After talking to the staff, they also got ready.

4 artisans gathered at 6 in the morning, it took one and a half hours to fry
Shopkeeper Chellaram told that after receiving the order, the artisans were prepared from 6 am on Monday. It took about three hours to prepare the samosa and its masala. 4 artisans made it together. After this 5 to 6 people picked it up and put it in the pan. It took about one and half hour to fry it. Dry fruits, paneer etc. were also included in this along with potatoes.

The material is so much that 80-90 normal size samosas are ready.
The shopkeeper told that for the first time in the history of Barmer district, 17.5 kg samosa was prepared. He told that more than 200 people can eat these samosas. About 80 to 90 normal sized samosas can be easily prepared with this much spices.

Heeralal is associated with social service
Hiralal Prajapati has been associated with social service for many years. He has a canteen in the government hospital of Balotra itself. And the elder son Bharat (25) handles the canteen in the hospital. Second son Sachin (21) is studying in college. Both brothers are happy to give gifts to their father.
