Monkey pox was discussed on the 12th day

Finance Minister said on inflation – 9 times inflation was in double digit in UPA
Earlier, inflation was discussed in the Lok Sabha. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman gave a reply on behalf of the government on inflation in the Lok Sabha. He said that during the UPA, inflation in the country was in double digits 9 times. Retail inflation was above 9% for 22 months, while we are trying to bring down inflation below 7%.

Only 16.49% work done in first week of monsoon session
According to media reports, compared to the first week of the monsoon session this year, in the second week, the work of both the houses (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) together was only 16.49%. Only 26.90% work was done in the first week. According to reports, there was a decline of 21.58 percent in the functioning of the Rajya Sabha. The Upper House was scheduled to work for 51 hours and 35 minutes, where it was only for 11 hours and 8 minutes. Means 40 hours 45 minutes wasted. Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu has expressed displeasure over this.
