The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is back under Ukrainian control, a report said.
Earlier on Friday, Ukraine said Russian forces attacked the plant, setting an adjacent five-story training facility on fire. Meanwhile, Russia has hit back at Ukraine’s shelling claims. The Russian defence ministry alleged smear campaign over the recapturing reports. Zaporizhzhia is the largest of Ukraine’s four nuclear power plants, which together provide about half the country’s electricity.
