NEW DELHI: Xiaomi has good news for its device users. The company has launched an app that aims to offer a one-stop solution for all repair and support requirements to the company’s customers. Called Xiaomi Service+, the app is available for all Xiaomi products. This includes the company’s products across portfolio – smartphones, appliances, IoT, audio, laptops, fitness and more.
What all customers can do Xiaomi Service+ app
According to Xiaomi, the Xiaomi Service+ app is designed to offer a range of services including device repair, price quotations and more:
– Book service request for repair, demo or installation
– Price quotation of Xiaomi products
– Check spare part prices as well as their availability
– Keep track of the status of their service requests
– Check warranty information of their purchased devices
– Customers can also chat anytime using the app for live assistance.


How to download the app
The Xiaomi Service+ app can be downloaded from the Google Play store or Getapps. The app is free to download.
