Xiaomi has launched its Xiaomi 12 series in an event in China and is expected to be unveiled for the global markets in early 2022. The Xiaomi 12 series include the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro smartphones.
Xiaomi 12 series price and availability
Xiaomi 12 series will be available only in China until it is launched globally. The smartphone will be available in three RAM and internal storage options. The 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage version will be available at CNY 3699 (roughly around Rs 43,400), the 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant will be available at CNY 3999 (roughly around Rs 46,900) while the 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage will come with a price tag of CNY 4399 (roughly around Rs 51,600)
Xiaomi 12 key specifications
The Xiaomi 12 series smartphones sports a 6.28-inches OLED display that comes with a 2400×1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display comes with a peak brightness of 1100 nits and has Gorilla Glass Victus for protection.
These smartphones are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage.
These smartphones have a triple-camera setup at the rear comprising a 50MP primary lens that supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) and a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro lens. It also comes with a 32MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calls.
This smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint for authentication and is also equipped with NFC. It also comes with dual speakers from Harman Kardon.
