A strange case of negligence regarding corona infection has come to notice in front of the female tehsildar. He was found having a liquor party with friends at a corona infected house in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The case is of Nayagaon. Here the Kovid patient was present with friends inside the house built as a container. When the Naib Tehsildar reached for investigation, he said – I was not drinking, my friends were drinking. I was sitting separately.

Case registered under section-188 of IPC

After registering a case against the infected under section 188, the administration has shifted him to the isolation ward. The name of the infected is Narayan. Namli residents Praveen and Dr. Shubham Jaiswal met him while partying, while a man escaped through the back door. Samples of both his friends who attended the party have been taken. Both are employees of Axis Bank.

Investigation team found Mehfil adorned
According to Tehsildar Gopal Soni, the complaint came from Nirala Nagar of Nayagaon, Ratlam. On this, Naib Tehsildar Pooja Bhati reached the spot for investigation. The front door of the house was closed, as soon as the door was opened, the gathering was decorated inside. On arrival of the investigation team, a person involved in the party fled from the spot.

Section 3 of the Epidemic Act of 1897 mentions that if any government violates the instructions, rules of the law, then he can be punished under section 188 of the IPC. This section can also be imposed against you for violating the instructions given by a government employee in this regard. If you are aware of those instructions issued by the government, yet you are violating them, even then you can be taken legal action under section 188.
