The doctors were not agreeing, got the right to become a mother after the intervention of the court

The woman’s 34-year-old husband died in April 2020. After a few months, the woman contacted her doctor and asked to start the process of IVF. But the doctors refused saying that for this the consent of both husband and wife is necessary. In such a situation, the woman approached the High Court. In-laws got along

After the death of her husband, when the woman expressed her desire to become a mother, her in-laws supported her. When the doctors refused, the in-laws of the woman took the matter to the court and gave her daughter-in-law the right to become a mother. After the birth of the child, the family members of the woman are very happy.
