Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan’s Film Gets Close To Rs 40 Cr On Day 7

New Delhi: Director Laxman Utekar’s ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ is performing well at the box office. The plot is about a couple played by Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan who are looking to move away from their families and into a home of their own. ZHZB is predicted to continue to dominate the box office for a few more days. Trade analysts were taken aback by the film’s unexpectedly strong opening weekend. Attracting viewers to theatres all week long, the romantic comedy brought in Rs 37.36 crore.

‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ opened to a mixed reception and earned around Rs 5.25 crore on its first day. The film’s box office performance, however, has been rather consistent.

On Twitter, trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first week collections of the film. According to him, ZHZB’s box office success should encourage other independent and mid-budget filmmakers to choose the theatre rather than the OTT distribution model.
