The BJP has secured a clear majority by winning 47 seats this time, but the party, which is going to choose the Chief Minister for the fourth time within 12 months, has not yet been able to decide the face for this post. This trouble has arisen after outgoing Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami lost the Khatima assembly seat to Congress candidate Bhuvan Kapri. Due to this, the pressure of choosing a new face from within the legislature party has increased on the party high command.
