The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP-TET) 2021 has started on Sunday, 23 January at 10 am amidst tight security arrangements. However, during the examination, there was an uproar at many centers. The reason for this was the administrative strictness regarding the examination. In many centers where the candidates were late in reaching due to rain, they were not allowed to enter. Whereas in some centers the candidates were not allowed to enter the examination center due to lack of proper documents. The candidates created a ruckus at an examination center in Noida regarding this. On the other hand, there was resentment among the parents.

UP TET aspirants, who arrived to appear for the exam at the DPS School exam center located in Sector-30 in Noida, claim that they have been barred from entering the exam hall. A candidate told that we have all the documents but they want us to show the copies of the documents attested by the signature of the principal. If the person concerned is in Allahabad then how will I get it. Still the officials are not allowing us to appear in the exam.

Noida Police’s answer – there were no valid documents, so stopped
At the same time, regarding this matter, Additional Commissioner, Noida Police told the media that those who did not have valid documents were not allowed to enter the examination centers according to the officials here. No candidate with valid documents was debarred from appearing in the examination. For verification of the copy of the mark sheet, he should have got the signature either from the principal or the concerned officer, but he must have got it done from somewhere else. This is the reason why the exam center officials did not allow them to enter. Guidelines have already been issued in this regard.
