Uorfi Javed And Chahatt Khanna Get Into A War Of Words, Slam Each Other For Fashion Sense

New Delhi: Uorfi Javed is known for her unconventional fashion sense. The actress is often trolled by netizens and at times, even slammed by designers and other actors. While Uorfi and designer Farah Khan Ali have already been a part of a social media spat over the former’s bizarre fashion sense, Uorfi has been put on the radar once again for her dressing choices by television actress Chahatt Khanna.

Chahatt Khanna is well-known for her role in popular television dramas ‘Kumkum’ and ‘Bade Achche Lagte Hain’. The actress took to her Instagram stories and made some nasty remarks on Uorfi, humiliating her by sharing a collage of her pictures wearing a neon green cut out dress and wrote, “Who wears this? And on streets? I mean anyone would remove their clothes and media makes them a celebrity? Is Indian media so vulnerable? Its easy to buy this cheap publicity and media, This cheap show you all are promoting to our generation, Anyone would pay for spotting or do anything or even go nude and you will carry? This is obnoxiously sad. God bless you with some wisdom!”

Uorfi did not take the remarks lightly and gave a curt reply to Chahatt as she wrote, “At least I don’t buy followers! Also if you would do your homework, I was there for an interview, I was dresses for an interview which is none of your business, you are just jealous that even after paying the paps they are not covering you. Also whatever anyone does on this earth is none of your business, why didn’t you upload this story for Ranveer Singh? Shows your hypocrisy. See I didn’t judge you for your TWO divorces, dating away younger men so why judge me?

A war of words ensued between the two actresses as they continued making comments on each other. Uorfi then shared a picture of Chahatt flaunting her bare back and wrote, “So you are allowed to post such pictures on social media for the entire world to see? Social media pe to asli log nahi hote na? You are jealous my love and also, you are a bully. I feel sad for your daughter. What kind of mother they have.” In another story, Uorfi also wrote, “At least I earn my own money. Not living off my 2 ex husbands alimony! I ain’t coming to you judging how you love your life. Idk what these aunties have against me, lol.”

Replying to Urfi’s attack on her personal life, Chahatt wrote, “I don’t want to be a part of this drama but its essential to let my follwers know, people talk and few bark a lot, but people who know me they know I have worked hard to come here and achieve a lifestyle and not alimony, please go check records first before talking, haven’t taken a single penny ever, also my divorce could have been easily targeted, everyone knows about this. But people with class would never do that, also I am not expecting class from classless people or paid media. Baki jisko jo achcha lagta hai likho, mera kya.”

Urfi replied to the story and wrote, “Doesn’t want to be a part of drama but will slut shame a woman for no reason, you are calling me classless whereas you are the one who accused me of buying the media and roaming naked! Such double standard. Also, why did you block me? If you don’t want to be part of drama, why unnecessarily bully people online, I am sorry it’s not my mistake that you are not getting the attention even if you upload half naked pictures. Being a two times divorcee, dating younger men they are all unethical according to society but you are doing what makes you happy. Right? So why judge me?

Chahatt put an end to the social media spat by making her last comment in reference to actor Ranveer Singh, who recently hit the headlines for baring it all for a magazine, Chahatt wrote, “Damn funny this woman is, if she thinks people are jealous of her, comparing herself to Ranveer Singh. Lady, please do half of the work he has done, also correcting you, he was shooting for something bare body, he is not running Nude on the streets, doing paid spotting since months, people who are opposing this behavious has nothing to do with your so called fame, but the stupidity happening around the city and the media, also if Ranveer accidentally happened to call you an icon with no choice or in sarcasm, it doesn’t mean you can compare yourself with a graet actor. This would be all from my side.”
