British police said on Saturday a 19-year-old man was arrested after a security breach at the grounds of Windsor Castle, where Queen Elizabeth is spending Christmas.
“The man has been arrested on suspicion of breach of a protected site or trespass and possession of an offensive weapon. He is currently in custody,” said Thames Valley Superintendent of Police Rebecca Mears.
The man did not enter any building, he said.
