On Friday afternoon, he was returning home after school leave. There was a jam on the road near Mandal Jail. Two women policemen were engaged in opening the jam. One lane of traffic was closed. Meanwhile, the elderly teachers started trying to cross the road on foot. Women policemen stopped them.

In conversation with Dainik Bhaskar after the incident, Naval Kishore Pandey said that I was going by bicycle. Hit me with a stick first. I didn’t say anything. When Ignored and started moving forward, he came from behind and caught hold of the cycle. Both women constables hit more than 20 sticks. A gentleman said – leave it, then went and left it. She was saying that she has abused, whereas I had not said anything.
