In the controversial video case of Lal Chand Kataruchak, the victim had also made his video viral.

A new twist has come in the pornographic video case of Punjab cabinet minister Lal Chand Kataruchak. The complainant has refused to take action in front of the inquiry committee formed by the Punjab Police on the orders of the Governor and the SC Commission. After which the head of the inquiry committee, DIG Border Range, Narendra Bhargava has sent the inquiry report to the National Commission for Scheduled Castes.

According to the information received, it was also revealed during the investigation that at the time when the obscene video scandal happened with the victim and he was abused, he was not a minor at all. The inquiry committee wrote to the victim’s school for age verification. His date of birth as per school records is May 3, 1993. This incident took place in 2013. From which it is clear that the age of the victim was about 20 years at the time of the incident. It also came to light that he studied in class IX and dropped out after that.

Relief for Kataruchak
The withdrawal of the complainant is a big relief for Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak. After this development, Minister Kataruchak was constantly on the target of the opposition. The opposition was demanding his resignation, but no comment was made on this from the CM’s office. An inquiry committee was formed on the behest of the SC commission, whose report has also been sent by the investigating officer.
