TS PECET 2024: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can complete the application process by accessing the official website at pecet.tsche.ac.in.
Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for the Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TS PECET) 2024. The new deadline for registration without incurring a late fee is May 25. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can complete the application process by accessing the official website at pecet.tsche.ac.in.
However, candidates who fail to meet the initial registration deadline still have the chance to submit their application form by paying a late fee of Rs 500 until May 31. The online registration and submission of the online application form started on March 14.
TS PECET 2024: Eligibility Criteria
For B.PEd: Candidates must have either appeared for or passed a three-year degree examination recognised by any University in Telangana State or any other University acknowledged as equivalent. They should also have attained 19 years of age by July 1, 2024.
For D.PEd: Candidates must have either appeared or passed the Intermediate or its equivalent program as recognised by the Government of Telangana State. Additionally, they must have reached 16 years of age by July 1, 2024.
TS PECET 2024: How to Register?
Step 1: Visit the official website of TS PECET, that is, pecet.tsche.ac.uk.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Application Fee Payment” link.
Step 3: Carefully fill in all the necessary information on the application form and proceed to pay the fees.
Step 4: Now, submit the form and download the confirmation page.
Step 5: Don’t forget to print a hard copy for future reference.
TS PECET 2024: Application Fees
Notably, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 500. On the other hand, candidates from other categories are required to remit Rs 900 to complete their registration process.
TS PECET will be administered by Satavahana University for the academic year 2024-2025. This test aims to facilitate admission into Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed. – 2 Years) and Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed. 2 Years) courses offered by universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana.
